Wizpr Privacy Policy

Wizpr is a messaging and calling application developed by Ajari Technologies. We follow a privacy by design approach, where data protection is a core part of our service rather than an add-on.

We are committed to complying with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 as well as applicable international data protection standards.

We collect data on a limited basis — only what is necessary for the service to function:

• Account information, such as the username and contact details you register with.
• Conversation content you send through the application.
• Basic technical data required to deliver notifications and maintain service security.

We do not collect more data than is needed to operate the service.

• To provide and operate messaging and calling features.
• To send notifications related to your account activity.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent service abuse.
• To meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not send promotional emails.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of your conversations. Conversation content is designed so that unauthorized parties cannot access it.

If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

We do not sell your data. Third-party access is limited to the following:

• Notification service providers, solely to deliver notifications. Message content is not shared.
• Trusted infrastructure providers bound by data protection agreements.
• Formal requests from legal authorities, limited to the data required by law.

We retain your data only as long as needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time, and all related data will be removed within a reasonable period after the deletion request.

This service is not intended for children below the age set by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
